The contracting authority takes into account: • number of employees: 530, 330 FTE • personnel categories Care profiles (nurses, care workers, administrative staff, logistics staff) • joint committees; joint committee 330 • possible team or shift work: yes • multiple locations: 4 locations o GGZ: Psychiatric hospital – Vestenstraat 1, 3290 Diest o GGZ: Supported living – Begijnenstraat 8, 3290 Diest o OZ: WZC House August – Fabiolalaan 2A, 3290 Diest o OZ: WZC House Sterre – Prins Alexanderstraat 55, 3270 Scherpenheuvel • complex salary components; IFIC scales, function supplements, special job titles and special professional qualifications, meal vouchers, group insurance, cafeteria plan, bike lease • interfacing with existing systems; Toba Cube, Digital employee file (==> in final phase awarding/decision), accounting software • future growth and changing legislation The contract includes: • Payroll processing • Socio-legal support • Digital payroll and HR processes • Integration with the chosen digital employee file • HR reporting • Financial reporting payroll costs vs accounting, budget module, tool to read actuals and compare with the budget • Reporting necessary for the government, e.g. e-calcura fields available so that reporting for WZC is possible • Support for implementation, optimisation and continuity. The contracting authority expects a sustainable cooperation in which service provision, digital maturity, security, compliance and sector-specific expertise are central.
