The award procedure for the sectoral contract is conducted through an unrestricted tender in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Pzp Act. The procedure is conducted in the Polish language. The subject of the contract has been divided into tasks. The type and quantities of the tasks are specified in detail in the Offer Form, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The offer, together with the annexes and the JEDZ, must be prepared in electronic form and signed with a qualified electronic signature, under penalty of invalidity.
