Electrical installation work for fire alarm systems (FAS) and voice alarm systems (VAS) in the existing ZDF broadcasting centre in Mainz-Lerchenberg under ongoing broadcasting operation. The services include the dismantling of existing systems, the supply and installation of new fire alarm and voice alarm systems, including central control equipment, detectors, signal transmitters, conduit and cable support systems, maintenance of functionality, fire barriers, and necessary temporary measures. The services also include penetrations, adaptation work in the existing structure, testing, commissioning, expert inspections, revision documentation, and training of operating personnel. The work will be carried out in sections in several construction phases while operations continue.
