This contract concerns the maintenance and operation of all communal sewerage networks in Sartrouville under communal roads and under private land subject to communal easements, in accordance with the programme established in Article 3.1 of the CCTP, and in accordance with the urgencies necessitated by an unexpected obstruction of one or more pipes. It also concerns the maintenance of certain related works detailed in Article 3.2 of the CCTP. The services will be performed throughout the territory of Sartrouville.
