MÁV SZK Zrt. will initiate a procurement to manage unexpected environmental pollution and obligations that are not emergency-related, but require investigation and potential remediation. These include, for example, pollutants that are discovered during or prior to developments or investments on areas related to MÁV PM Zrt., as well as the neutralisation of materials that do not fall under the category of illegally abandoned waste. The procurement procedure can ensure the fulfilment of environmental regulatory obligations, as well as the management of unexpected environmental pollution and obligations that require investigation and potential remediation.
