The general objective of the project "Regeneration and revitalisation of Chindia Park, including the modernisation of the Zoological Garden in order to improve the green-blue infrastructure in the Municipality of Târgoviște" aims to reconfigure urban space and redevelop unused and degraded spaces, thereby significantly contributing to the creation and development of sustainable and economically, socially, culturally, and territorially balanced urban areas, to improving the living conditions of the inhabitants of the Municipality of Târgoviște, including the population visiting the locality and its surroundings for tourist, business, and transit purposes, to ensuring the quality of housing through the rehabilitation of a recreation and leisure area with green spaces and public facilities, intended for all age and socio-professional categories, to increasing the attractiveness of the Municipality of Târgoviște for the population and economic agents and consolidating the socio-economic climate and reducing the level of pollution, including noise, and improving the aesthetic aspect of the Municipality of Târgoviște. The location of the investment object is in the locality of Târgoviște, Dâmbovița County and belongs to the public domain of the Municipality of Târgoviște. The lands are situated within the built-up area of the Municipality of Târgoviște and are identified by Land Registry/Cadastral Number 83740 for Chindia Park, Calea Domnească Street, Quarter 6, Plot 45, with an area of 139,606.00 sq.m., and Land Registry/Cadastral Number 84318 for the Zoological Garden, Calea Domnească Street, No. 171B, with an area of 40,672.00 sq.m. According to the General Bill of Quantities drawn up by the designer, the estimated value of the contract is 31,766,711.74 lei excluding VAT and is composed of: CHAPTER 1 Costs for obtaining and preparing the land 1.2 Land preparation = 2,557,025.43 lei excluding VAT 1.4 Environmental protection works and restoration of the land to its initial state = 656,204.38 lei excluding VAT CHAPTER 4 Basic investment costs 4.1 Buildings and installations = 26,656,511.09 lei excluding VAT 4.2 Installation of equipment, technological and functional equipment = 245,142.91 lei excluding VAT 4.3 Equipment, technological and functional equipment requiring installation = 1,543,652.20 lei excluding VAT CHAPTER 5 Other costs 5.1.1 Construction works and related installations for site organisation = 108,175.73 lei excluding VAT. The possibility of reviewing the contract has been provided for in the contractual clauses in accordance with art. 221 (1) lit. a), e) and f) of Law No. 98/2016, regarding non-substantial modifications related to contract values, with a maximum percentage of 1.89%. For other situations, procedures in accordance with Law 98/2016 will be applied. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information submitted by the economic operators, by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016, corroborated with art. 27 (3) of HG 395/2016, to the extent that these requests are submitted within the deadline of 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Requests for clarification will be submitted in editable format.
