The subject of the contract is the provision for 24 months of maintenance and development services for information systems relating to the following programs, for which the Senate Chancellery holds licenses: 1.1. Asseco Softlab ERP – modules: Finances and Accounting, Commitment, Fixed Assets; Logistics and Sales, 1.2. Asseco Softlab ERP HR – modules: Personnel, Salaries, Employee Portal, E-declarations, Manager Portal; PPK, – hereinafter referred to as the “ERP system”. 2. The subject of the contract also includes: 2.1. Subscription service for new versions and updates of programs. 2.2. Version exchange service. 2.2.1. Management of new licenses. 2.2.2. Service for removing critical errors, annoying errors and non-annoying errors in the program code, including within the scope of the warranty provided. 2.2.3. Help desk service – telephone and electronic access to the contractor's consultants. 2.2.4. Service services provided by dedicated consultants of the contractor. 2.2.5.
