Poland – Disposable catering supplies – Dostawa naczyń i sztućców biodegradowalnych jednorazowych

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of biodegradable, single-use tableware and cutlery within the scope of 2 tasks of the basic contract. 2. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of exercising the right of option. 3. The description of the subject of the contract, together with the price form, is contained in Annex No. 3 to SWZ – Price Form. 4. The type (assortment) and quantities of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ – Price Form. 5. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in 3 to SWZ – /Price Form, as well as in Annex No. 2 to SWZ – Draft Contract Terms and in WET - Annex No. 4 to SWZ. 6. The conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in the Draft Contract Terms constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 7. In order to confirm that the assortment offered for delivery meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, the offer must include the relevant evidential means in accordance with Section IV of SWZ (including completing and submitting the Product Card, which is Annex No. 5 to SWZ, with the offer). 8. The contractor is obliged to send or deliver in person to 3RBLog 1 sample of the unit packaging no later than 8:00 am on the day of the opening of the offers. The contracting authority does not envisage the supplementation of the samples in accordance with Article 107(2). 9. The contractor is obliged to send or deliver in person to 3RBLog a sample of the label of the unit packaging and the collective packaging (copy/photograph) no later than 8:00 am on the day of the opening of the offers. The contracting authority does not envisage the supplementation of the evidential means in accordance with Article 107(2).
