The subject of the public contract is the supply of a mass spectrometer in tandem connection with an HPLC system and accessories (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Equipment" or "Delivery"), the complex installation of the Equipment and all other components, the training of at least 3 staff members of the Contracting Authority in the operation of the Equipment and the use of its functions. The subject of the public contract is further specified in detail in Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation (Contract Documentation) and Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation (Technical Specification of the Public Contract).
