Preparation of a design for complex land adjustments (KoPÚ) in the cadastral area of Jedousov and in the adjacent parts of the cadastral areas of Choltice, Mokošín, Poběžovice u Přelouče, Štěpánov u Přelouče, and Tupesy u Přelouče, including necessary land surveying activities in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the cadastral map and the preparation of documentation for the entry of the results of the KoPÚ into the real estate cadastre and the demarcation of the boundaries of new parcels. The design will serve as a basis for the branch's decision to approve the design for complex land adjustments and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights, the determination of the amount of compensation and the deadline according to Section 10(2) of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., or the establishment or cancellation of an encumbrance on the affected parcels. The estimated area of the solved territory is approx. 271 ha (including a reserve of 2 ha).
