This procurement of goods and services aims to: 1. Implement a waste collection monitoring system, necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from waste management legislation and the sanitation service, especially for the operationalization of the economic instrument "pay as you throw", which involves the objective measurement/recording of the collection activity per user - Lot 1 and 2; 2. Increase the transport capacity of residual waste with the help of stationary presses and containers so that the technological process productivity of the collected waste transfer increases - Lot 3. The Integrated Solid Waste Management System project in Mehedinți County was funded by POS Mediu and POIM. The administrative territorial unit of Mehedinți County uses the IID fund for the maintenance, replacement, and development of the assets given in administration or concession, including those developed with non-repayable financing from the European Union in accordance with the program approved by the local public administration authority or with the specific operating and maintenance program. In this context, through this procurement, it is proposed to purchase the following goods and services by lots: Lot 1 – Purchase of an IT system for monitoring municipal waste collection through radio frequency identification (RFID); Lot 2 – Purchase of bins with a capacity of 120 l equipped with a compatible location for mounting the RFID label; Lot 3 – Purchase of stationary presses and containers for the transport of waste from the transfer stations to the TMB Malovăț station. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications is 20 days. The Contracting Authority will respond once to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting tenders.
