Bulgaria – Architectural services for buildings – „Изработване на инвестиционен проект във фаза „Работен проект” и упражняване на авторски надзор по време на изпълнение на строителни и монтажни работи за реконструкция на съществуващата вътрешна водопроводна мрежа на село Тополчане, община Сливен“

Selection of a Contractor for the preparation of an investment project in the "Working Project" phase and the exercise of author's supervision during the execution of construction and installation works, for the object: "Reconstruction of the internal water supply network of the village of Topolchane, Sliven Municipality" For the said object, a qualitative investment project, in the "Working" phase for the reconstruction of the internal water supply network and all the facilities on it, building water supply deviations (BWS) and fire hydrants (FH), in accordance with Ordinance No. 2/22.03.2005 for the design of water supply systems and fire hydrants in implementation of Ordinance No. Iз -1971 of 29 October 2009 for building and technical rules and standards for ensuring safety in case of fire and the exercise of author's supervision during the construction, in accordance with Art. 162 of the Building Act. For the object to be developed an investment project in the "Working" phase in the following independent parts: "Water Supply-Technological", "Geodesy-Tracing Plan", "Constructive of VIC facilities", "Road", "Temporary Organization for Traffic Safety", "Fire Safety", "Project for Management of Construction Waste" (PMCW), "Project for Safety and Health" (PSH), Bill of Quantities, with scope and content in accordance with Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 for the scope and content of investment projects. The construction is categorized according to the Building Act as Category II. The full information regarding the scope, volume and technical requirements for the execution of the public procurement is described and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the participation documentation.
