1. The subject of the contract is the execution of works and services in the field of acquiring Legal Titles for investments carried out by CJI PSE S.A. 2. In each and every case, where the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, the Contracting Authority accepts equivalent solutions to those described, if they allow for the achievement of features or parameters no worse than those referred to. The above means that the Contractor may apply solutions described by the Contracting Authority "or equivalent". 3. In accordance with Article 101(5) of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate that the services offered by them meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of substantive evidence, as mentioned in Articles 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent.
