Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Dostawa średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 dla OSP Boruszowice

1) The subject of the contract includes the supply of a medium-sized 4x4 rescue fire engine for OSP Boruszowice. 2) The subject of the contract, including the terms of contract performance, are detailed as follows: a) Technical form; b) Draft contractual provisions. 3) If the tender documents specify trademarks, patents, origin, sources or special processes characterizing the products, materials, solutions or services provided by a specific contractor, manufacturer, or standards and other references referred to in Article 101(1)(2) or (3) of the Act, they should be treated as examples, and the Purchaser allows the offering of equivalent materials or solutions. Equivalent materials, devices or solutions are considered to be those with parameters no worse than required, and if minimum parameters have not been specified, this means materials, devices or solutions with similar parameters, suitable for the required application, including in terms of functional identity, type and quality of materials and technical data. 4) The Purchaser does not allow the submission of partial offers. 5) The Purchaser does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6) The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to a subcontractor. 7) In accordance with Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, it is prohibited to execute a public contract with the participation of subcontractors, suppliers or entities, on whose capacities reliance is placed within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU, in cases where they account for more than 10% of the contract value. 8) The Purchaser does not reserve the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of key tasks.
