Finland – Laboratory services – Liete- ja mädätenäytteiden laboratorioanalyysipalvelut 2026–2027

The subject of the procurement is laboratory analysis services for pig and cattle manure, biogas plant digestates, and other recycled nutrient materials. The procurement includes the laboratory analysis of samples provided by the contracting authority and the delivery of analysis results in electronic form. The analysis services must cover the nutrient and quality analyses specified in the invitation to tender. The properties to be analysed may include, among others, total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, dry matter, pH, and other analyses specified in the tender documents. Samples will be delivered to the laboratory in phases during the contract period. The samples may consist of, among others, pig and cattle manure, their dry fractions, biogas plant digestates, digestate liquid and dry fractions, dry fertilizers (e.g. poultry, horse, and dry manure), other organic recycled nutrient materials, and mixtures of the aforementioned materials. The samples can be delivered to the laboratory frozen or under refrigerated transport. The total number of samples to be analysed during the contract period is estimated to be approximately 400–600 samples. The number of samples is an estimate and does not constitute a binding obligation on the contracting authority. The contracting authority is not committed to a specific minimum or maximum number of samples or analyses. The contracting authority reserves the right to refine the number of analyses, sample delivery schedules, and to order additional analyses related to the material groups specified in the invitation to tender during the contract period, provided that the overall nature or scope of the procurement is not materially altered. The service provider is required to have quality-assured analysis methods, reliable reporting, and the ability to receive, store, and analyse samples in accordance with the agreed delivery and turnaround times. More detailed technical, quality, and functional requirements are specified in the tender documents.
