The purpose of the contract is to conclude a procurement contract with a successful bidder who 1) develops an Estonian-language speech recognition model with accent and supports a solution for assessing the Estonian language proficiency of E2 learners and 2) develops a comparative test (English: benchmark) that enables the quality of Estonian speech recognition with two accents to be assessed. / Exclusion and qualification criteria: See the tender documentation.
