The subject of this contract is the technical assistance service for the drafting of the executive project, safety and health study, faculty supervision, execution management, quality control and safety and health coordination; the energy efficiency certification of the project, the technical environmental documentation and the technical documentation necessary in terms of fire safety, the installations and others of the refurbishment of the municipal sports complex of La Pobla de Mafumet; the specific complementary services in the phase of drafting the Executive Project and those technical assistance necessarily linked to the assignment during the process of execution of the works, taking as a reference the document entitled Master Plan for the refurbishment of the Municipal Sports Complex dated 8 October 2025, which includes all the services and detailed documentation specifically.
