Forestry operation services consisting of: - felling, cutting, collecting, and bringing to the primary landing; - cleaning of parcels (if applicable), in accordance with OM 1540/2011 as amended and supplemented; - removal of wood mass to the primary landing on skids; for the lots (compartments) presented in the annex to the Terms of Reference. Note: In accordance with art.160, para. 2 and art. 161 of Law 98/2016, as amended by OUG 107/2017, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information within 6 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
