Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Fachplanungsleistungen (TGA ELT, TGA HLS und Tragwerk) für den Neubau einer Ein- Feld Sporthalle in Bad-Sülze

Specialist planning services in the scope of work for Technical Equipment (Electrical and HLS) in accordance with § 55 in conjunction with Appendix 15 HOAI 2021, phases 1 – 9 basic services, and in the scope of work for Structural Design in accordance with § 51 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Appendix 14 HOAI 2021, phases 1 – 6 basic services for the new construction of a single-court sports hall in Bad-Sülze. On the site of the former primary school, a new single-court sports hall is to be built. The following phased commissioning is agreed:

TGA ELT/ HLS (Lots 2, 3):

1st stage: phases 1-2,

2nd stage: phases 3-4,

3rd stage: phases 5-8,

4th stage: phase 9

Structural Design (Lot 4):

1st stage: phases 1-2,

2nd stage: phases 3-4,

3rd stage: phases 5-6

Minimum standards

TGA ELT/TGA HLS (Lots 2, 3):

1. Local presence in phase 8: regular 1 time per week, with the possibility of ensuring extraordinary on-site appointments;

2. Team size: at least 2 permanent employees

Structural Design (Lot 4): Kick-off event and planning meetings that concern the statics are to be ensured as on-site appointments;
