Romania – Specialist optical instruments – Bancuri de măsurare și monitorizare a profilului de intensitate laser

The purpose of this award procedure is to acquire two advanced diagnosis benches necessary for determining the following properties and parameters of laser pulses: near-field intensity profile, far-field intensity profile, optical aberration correction at the focal point, and will allow the complete diagnosis of the main spatial parameters of the laser pulses used in the scientific and engineering activities of the project, in accordance with the requirements of the terms of reference and related documents. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended, interested economic operators may request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information submitted by economic operators, by the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended, corroborated with Article 27(3) of H.G. No. 395/2016, as amended.
