The subject of the contract is the procurement of a service for the management of a specialized support centre for users (CESUS), for the end-to-end management of incidents, requests and queries, by email, telephone support and on-site support, of the IT infrastructure of the workplace, support and attention to users of videoconferences, as well as a first-level assistance service for the applications of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda and common services of the AEAD, being therefore the single point of entry for contacts related to the ICT services offered by the Division of Information and Communication Technologies. The users of the service will be internal, within the IT environment of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda.
