This contract follows a previously unsuccessful procedure (0 bids for Lot 2). The contract is a framework agreement with unit prices, awarded under the formalised procedures of Article R.2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The minimum and maximum amounts are: Minimum annual amount excluding tax: 5 000,00 EUR. Maximum annual amount excluding tax: 30 000,00 EUR. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification. The contract may be renewed 3 times for one year, without its total duration exceeding 4 years.
