Croatia – Construction work – Nabava izrade projektne dokumentacije s projektantskim nadzorom i izvođenje radova obnove potresom oštećenih zgrada u Zagrebu - Blok Gornji Grad 2

The subject of the procurement is the preparation of project documentation with design supervision and the execution of works for the renovation of 7 earthquake-damaged buildings in Zagreb– Blok Gornji Grad 2 (Ulica Pavla Radića- Kožarska ulica-Tkalčićeva ulica – Skalinska ulica- Opatovina- Dolac) as regulated by the Law on Reconstruction, the Programme of Measures, the Law on Construction and related regulations governing reconstruction, as well as regulations governing the performance of activities and tasks in spatial planning and construction, and any subsequent amendments and supplements to these regulations. The scope of the contractor's activities includes:

1. Design and design supervision

• comprehensive renovation of the building,

• structural renovation of the building.

2. Execution of works

• comprehensive renovation of the building,

• structural renovation of the building.

in accordance with the "turnkey" calculation principle until full functionality according to the Law on Reconstruction, in line with Article 630 of the Law on Obligations (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22, 155/23). All the subject buildings are located in the area of the cultural heritage - Historical Urban Complex Grad Zagreb, entered in the Register of Cultural Goods of the Republic of Croatia under number Z-1525 and within the registered archaeological zone - Gornji Grad, Nova Ves, Kaptol, Vlaška.
