The contracting authority plans the replacement new construction for the nursing home Haus Wartenberg. The construction site is located on a very large overall area of the plot 2112/1 Tuttlinger Straße 3, 78187 Geisingen, where numerous buildings of the Zweckverbands Haus Wartenberg already exist. The works involve scaffolding.
