The subject of the public contract is the provision of an employee benefit consisting in ensuring access for entitled employees of the contracting authority and possibly their companions to a wide range of relaxation, sports or physical activities in the form of individual discounted entries at the partner relaxation, sports or physical activity facilities of the selected supplier, and this through a universal access card or an equivalent digital identifier.
