Description

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of investor supervision services for construction works, conservation works, and related works carried out as part of the investment task entitled “Modern Museum in Historic Walls - Enhancing the Tourist Attractiveness of the Warmińska Chapter Castle in Olsztyn - a Historic Monument, a Testimony to the Activity of Nicolaus Copernicus”. 2. The subject of the contract consists of 8 (eight) parts: 1) Part no. 1 – Investor Supervision Inspector for construction industry works and coordinator of inspectors supervising works of all industries; 2) Part no. 2 – Investor Supervision Inspector for sanitary industry works; 3) Part no. 3 – Investor Supervision Inspector for electrical industry works; 4) Part no. 4 – Investor Supervision Inspector for telecommunications industry works; 5) Part no. 5 – Inspector for the supervision of conservation works of brick facades, stone, and architectural details; 6) Part no. 6 – Inspector for the supervision of greenery; 7) Part no. 7 – Archaeological Supervision Inspector; 8) Part no. 8 – Inspector for geotechnical supervision, concerning earthworks and foundation works of the library on the western interwall. 3. The detailed scope of obligations for the individual parts of the contract is specified in the Subject of the Contract Description, which is Annex no. 1 to the contract draft. The contract draft is Annex no. 7 to the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority informs that the supervised construction works will be carried out as part of the construction works contract, in which: 1) the remuneration of the construction works contractor is of a lump-sum nature in the scope of construction works and cost-based in the scope of conservation works of polychrome plasters, 2) the task is implemented in the “build” system, 3) the design documentation, SWZ together with the contract template and other documents related to the construction works procedure are available on the website of the conducted procedure at the address: https://muzeum-olsztyn.logintrade.net/zapytania_email,230203,14f0a1603c452ecf7bcd567e7185852a.html 4) investor supervision, despite the division of this contract into parts, requires ongoing inter-industry coordination, and the detailed scope of works covered by the EU project and carried out outside the EU project was specified in the documentation of the construction works procedure. 5. The contracting authority reserves the obligation of personal performance by the contractor of key tasks constituting the subject of the contract in each part, within the scope specified in the Subject of the Contract Description, further “OPZ”, with the exception of the following ancillary activities: 1) maintaining a register of the contractor's subcontractors and controlling and monitoring the contractor's subcontractors, 2) archiving the implemented task in electronic form, including digital imaging of documentation, or in another form agreed with the contracting authority, 3) preparing, in cooperation with the contracting authority, documents and information for the purposes of settlements and project control, within the scope specified in the documentation of the public procurement procedure for construction works, in particular in Annex no. 8 to the SWZ - contract template in the construction works procedure.
