The subject of the contract is the procurement of technical equipment for the project „Implementation of a Pay-As-You-Throw (PAYT) system as a tool to reduce the amount of mixed municipal waste produced in the town of Turčianske Teplice“ (project code: NFP401202F577), the provision of warranty service, including tax charges, all transportation costs to the place of delivery, testing of operation, training of operators, documentation and complete accessories for full operation. All devices must be new and must not have third-party rights attached to them. The contract is divided into 2 parts. The tenderer may submit a bid for all parts of the subject of the contract, or only for some part, but at least for one part. The tenderer will submit in the relevant part of the subject of the contract, for which he submits a bid, the individual required documents according to the tender documents, unless otherwise stated by the Public Procurer. The Public Procurer will evaluate each part of the subject of the contract separately. Part 1 of the contract: Integrated technological system for the introduction of PAYT. Part 2 of the contract: Concrete boxes. A more detailed definition of the subject of the contract with technical specifications is given in the section „B. Description of the subject of the contract“ of the tender documents, in separate annexes (Annex No. 1.1 and No. 1.2 – Description of the subject of the contract, Annex No. II – Proposal for the fulfilment of criteria) and draft contract terms, which are part of the tender documents.
