The subject of the contract are services commissioned by BGK, consisting of the implementation and management of a Financial Instrument financing investments carried out in the Lublin Voivodeship, namely: Loan – street lighting (hereinafter referred to as: the Loan). Details regarding the type of project that can be financed are contained in the Financial Instrument Metric (hereinafter referred to as: the Metric), which is Annex No. 2 to the Draft Contract Terms (hereinafter referred to as: DCT).
