The subject of the contract is the supply and implementation of two photovoltaic power plants at the Petržalka Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Senica Wastewater Treatment Plant according to the specification and conditions set out in Section B. Contract Terms of the Tender Documents. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into two separate parts - Part 1 - ČOV Petržalka – Construction of a photovoltaic power plant and Part 2 - ČOV Senica – Construction of a photovoltaic power plant. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and further requirements for the method of performing the work and other services constituting the subject of the contract are set out in the individual annexes to Section B. Contract Terms of the Tender Documents.
