A comprehensive endoscopy system for gastroenterological, pneumological and endosonographic diagnostics and therapy is to be procured. The scope of procurement includes flexible endoscopes of various designs, ultrasound endoscopes, bronchoscopes, endoscopy and ultrasound systems including peripheral devices, equipment trolleys, image processing components, as well as the necessary service and maintenance services. Further, the scope of procurement includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of the systems. The contractor provides the scope of the procurement item during the life-cycle of eight years as part of a lease purchase (including full-service maintenance or preventive maintenance). After the expiry of this period, all installations, equipment, devices, etc. located at the purchaser's premises pass into the ownership of the purchaser.
