The subject of the public procurement is the procurement of a molecular analysis system, together with the maintenance of the system for a period of four (4) years and the supply of consumable materials for a period of four (4) years. A more detailed specification of the subject of the procurement is evident from the Technical Specifications, the Offer – Offer Budget Form, the Contract Draft, the Maintenance Agreement, and other relevant parts of the tender documentation. The bidder must offer the subject of the public procurement in full. The contracting authority has secured funds for the public procurement. Bids that exceed the amount of secured funds will be rejected by the contracting authority as inadmissible.
