The Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, is publishing, on behalf of the Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT), a tender for the construction of the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies. The present bill of quantities describes the construction of the low and high voltage systems on the three floors of the incubator (GCT) in the laboratory building "New Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies", Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin. The bill of quantities includes the supply, assembly and commissioning of the following low and high voltage systems: - Construction of the horizontal cable duct system on the individual levels, - Expansion and supplementation of the sub-distributions, - Complete low-voltage installation including equipotential bonding, - Complete lighting system, - Installation of a KNX control system for the interior lighting and the external sun protection systems, - Connection of the external sun protection systems, - Installation of ceiling supply columns for the supply of office workstations, - Complete laboratory installation, - Installation of a passive LAN network, - Creation of the as-built and revision documentation, - Construction of the necessary fire barriers.
