For the G9 measure at the Humboldt School, the following services are being tendered for the renovation of the existing building:

- Provision and maintenance of a trade-specific site installation for own services

- Hazardous material remediation (asbestos, man-made mineral fibres, etc.)

- Demolition work in the outdoor area

- Demolition work on the building envelope (façade, windows, exterior doors, sun protection)

- Demolition work in the interior (walls, ceilings, various components)

- Demolition of technical components (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) including hazardous material-contaminated elements (e.g. insulation)
