1) The subject of the contract is the renewal of the Red Hat subscription. 2) The detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Section II SWZ and Section IV SWZ. 3) If the Purchaser has indicated trademarks, patents, origin, source, standards, technical assessments, technical specifications or technical reference systems in the description of the subject of the contract, these should be understood as accompanied by the words "or equivalent". The Purchaser allows the offering of equivalent solutions, provided that they have technical, qualitative, functional and usability parameters at least equivalent to those required by the Purchaser. 4) The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to prove in the offer that the offered solution meets the requirements specified by the Purchaser in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent extent.
