1. The subject of this procurement is the purchase of two fully equipped 4x4 ambulances for the needs of the M. Pirogowa Specialised Voivodeship Hospital in Łódź. 2. The detailed scope of the procurement is specified in: Annex 1 to the SWZ - Cost estimate, Annexes 1A to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the procurement, and the Contract and Annexes to the Contract, which constitute Annex 2 to the SWZ.
