The public service for waste prevention and management (SPPGD) is tasked with organising the collection and valorisation of household and similar waste. In this context, the Entered and Aerial Voluntary Drop-off Points (PAVE and PAVA) and the Compaction Voluntary Drop-off Point (PAV-C) constitute one of the collection methods for Residual Household Waste (OMR), Recyclable Household Packaging (EMR), Newspapers Magazines Journals (JRM) and glass for the Euro-Métropole de Metz (EMM). The present framework agreement aims to: - manually pre-collect the waste deposited on and around the PAV, - regularly collect, securely and hygienically transport, and deliver the OMR and glass flows from the PAVE, PAVA and PAV-C of the Euro-Métropole de Metz territory to the agreed treatment or disposal sites, - wash, degrease, and disinfect the equipment intended for all flows (OMR, EMR, JRM and glass). The chosen form for the execution of the contract is by purchase order without a minimum and with a single-attributable maximum in accordance with articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount for the 36-month duration is 6,000,000 euro(s) HT. The framework agreement is renewable 1 time for 12 months. The maximum amount for this renewal year is 2,000,000 euro(s) HT.
