The subject of the contract is the supply of two units of servers as part of the basic order, along with an option right to purchase an additional server, referred to as Equipment, 2. The Equipment must meet the requirements specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex No. 1 to SWZ. 3. The Equipment must be factory-new and come from the official distribution channel of the Manufacturer to the Polish market. All components of the delivered Equipment must be factory-new (unused).
