Loan type and value: Long-term loan in the amount of 40,000,000.00 RON. Contract duration: 13 years (156 months) from the date of contract signature. Currency in which the loan is requested: RON. Purpose of the loan: Implementation of local public interest investments and ensuring the financing of Mun. Sfântu Gheorghe's contribution to eligible and ineligible expenditure related to the implementation of projects funded through the PNRR:

- Improvement of the architectural-environmental quality and thermal rehabilitation of the Nicolae Colan Gymnasium building

- Rehabilitation and modernization of the internat at the "Szekely Miko" National College, str. Gabor Aron, no. 18

- Thermal rehabilitation, energy efficiency and modernization of the "Varadi Jozsef" Gymnasium building from str. Stadionului no. 12

- Thermal rehabilitation and modernization of the preschool institution building within the "Napsugar" GPP

- Realization of the Museum of Communism in the building from str. Kos Karoly no. 21

The deadline by which clarifications can be requested from the contracting authority is 9 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline by which the contracting authority responds to clarification requests is 5 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
