The subject of the contract is Group life insurance for the employees of Świętokrzyskie Centrum Onkologii in Kielce. 2. Type of contract: service. The subject of the contract is classified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) under the following codes: 66510000-8 - insurance services. 66511000-5 (life insurance services) 3. The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots. Pursuant to Article 805 of the Civil Code, the insurance contract obliges the insurer, within the scope of its business, to provide a specified benefit in the event of an insured event occurring, as stipulated in the contract, and the insured is obliged to pay the premium. From the above, it follows unequivocally that in the tender for insurance services, the contractor's performance will be the payment of compensation. Given the previous course of insurance, the loss ratio, and in order to ensure the consistency of the Purchaser's insurance program, the contract has not been divided into lots. Any division of this contract into lots would not increase access to the contract for small and medium-sized enterprises, as SMEs do not engage in insurance activities, which require meeting the conditions specified in the Act on Insurance and Reinsurance Activities and obtaining the appropriate permit. 4. The Purchaser does not envisage the possibility of applying the right of option. 6. The Purchaser does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.
