France – Masonry work – DIVERS TRAVAUX SUR LE BATI COMMUNAL

This consultation concerns the execution of various new construction, maintenance, repair, renovation, adaptation and improvement works on the municipal built heritage as well as on the equipment under the responsibility of the City of Saint-Pierre. The services concern interventions intended to ensure the maintenance in good working order, safety, regulatory compliance and the sustainability of the works and equipment concerned. The various works will serve: - for maintenance interventions; - for new construction works in all trades, up to a limit of 1 000 000 euros (excl. VAT) (per operation); - for rehabilitation or renovation works in all trades, up to a limit of 1 000 000 euros (excl. VAT) (per operation); - for subsidised operations where the deadline for submission of the contract file is incompatible with the setting up of an adapted or formalised procedure; - in the event of the liquidation of companies, the termination of contracts or unsuccessful lots within the framework of contracts awarded under an adapted procedure or under a formalised procedure; - in the event of an emergency: serious and imminent danger detected.
