Food procurement in six parts: Meat products: approx. 12.6 tonnes of bacon, sausage, ham, salami, lard, cold cuts, pork knuckle, bone, pork shoulder, blood sausage Mirelit products: approx. 9.5 tonnes of African fish fillet, vegetables and fruit, Mirelit ready meals, ice cream, ice cream stick, pastry sheet Spices and heavy goods: approx. 58 tonnes of chips, crackers, sparkling wine, fruit juice, cola, soft drink, biscuit, jam, whipped cream Bakery products: approx. 17.5 tonnes of baguette, bread, waffle, pretzel, stick bread, croissant, bread roll, breadcrumbs Vegetables and fruit: approx. 43 tonnes Dairy and dairy products: approx. 48 tonnes of cheese, cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, kefir, pudding, sour cream, butter, vegetable cream. Total: approx. 188–190 tonnes of food. Details and exact products in the documentation! If the order quantity exceeds the predetermined quantity, a +5% deviation from the specified quantities is possible. AK undertakes to order 70% of the quantities per part.
