Romania – Medical equipments – Echipamente medicale pentru imbunatatirea tratarii AVC in cadrul proiectului "Raspuns Rapid pentru Vieti Salvate - Imbunatatirea tratarii AVC in Sprijinul Comunitatii- RAPID AVC

The items subject to the procurement are high-performance equipment used in interventional treatment procedures, which contribute to improving the quality of medical care for critical patients with acute vascular pathology. The contractor will supply the medical equipment requested by the contracting authority and having the characteristics/specifications presented and accepted in the offer, in accordance with the requirements set out in the terms of reference. The delivery and installation of the equipment will be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the terms of reference. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/). Under the provisions of Article 160 of Law 98/2016, economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority, if selected for the execution of the contract ex-ante, in accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 98/2017, as amended and supplemented, will make available to the persons authorized by ANAP, through the verification decision, the consolidated responses to the requests for clarification, before uploading and publishing them in the Electronic Public Procurement System, with at least 4 days prior to the response deadline set in the participation notice, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of Annex No. 1 to Government Decision No. 419/2018.
