Poland – Tools – Dostawa narzędzi i elektronarzędzi z akcesoriami na potrzeby jednostek organizacyjnych RZGW w Poznaniu

The subject of the contract is the supply of tools, power tools and combustion tools with accessories for the needs of RZGW in Poznań. The contract has been divided into 4 parts: Part 1 – Kole Waterworks Management, Part 2 – Poznań Waterworks Management, Part 3 – Sieradz Waterworks Management, Part 4 – Sieradz Waterworks Management. The contractor will deliver the subject of the contract once, at their own cost and risk, including delivery to the place indicated by the Purchaser, on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 13.00, to the following locations: Kole Waterworks Management: ul. Nowy Rynek 7A, 62-561 Ślesin, Sieradz Waterworks Management: Jeziorsko Water Reservoir Skęczniew 57, 62-730 Dobra, Poznań Waterworks Management: ul. Czapla 4, 61-623 Poznań. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the description of the subject of the contract and its annexes. In the case of offering equivalent products (replacements), the contractor is obliged to guarantee their full mechanical and assembly compatibility with the basic devices (e.g. drills and power tools) possessed by the Purchaser. The delivered tools and devices must come from professional tool lines. The delivered accessories (e.g. guides, chains, batteries) must fit the Purchaser's devices without the need for any modifications, modifications or the use of additional adapters. All equivalent products must have quality, strength, material hardness and operational life parameters no worse than the original products of the manufacturer of the basic devices. The burden of proof of equivalence, meeting quality criteria and full compatibility lies with the contractor.
