The subject of the contract is the supply and implementation of two photovoltaic power plants at the facilities of Čistiarne odpadových vôd Petržalka and Čistiarne odpadových vôd Senica according to the specification and conditions set out in Part B. Contractual Conditions of the Tender Documents. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into two separate parts - Part 1 - ČOV Petržalka – Construction of a photovoltaic power plant and Part 2 - ČOV Senica – Construction of a photovoltaic power plant. 3.
