Croatia – Supervision of building work – Stručni nadzor i koordinator zaštite na radu- Radovi izgradnje i rekonstrukcije OŠ Vodice

The subject of the procurement are the services of professional supervision and the safety coordinator at work during the construction and reconstruction works of the Elementary School Vodice, within the project "Reconstruction and Extension of Elementary School Vodice, NPOO.C3.1.R1-I2.01-V1.0071, in accordance with the cost estimates which are an integral part of this Procurement Documentation. The supervision services within this contract include professional supervision services in accordance with the Construction Law (NN 155/25), the Law on Works and Activities in Spatial Planning and Construction (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) and other applicable regulations. The economic operator will be considered to have examined this Procurement Documentation and its annexes in their entirety, to have obtained all the necessary information that affects the provision of the subject services at the indicated locations, and to have submitted their tender on that basis.
