The subject of the present procurement is the selection of a contractor for the supply and installation of architectural elements for the service of recreation and tourism around a visitor centre in properties: №56873.93.43, №80217.33.347 and property №56873.93.218, to the object: "Construction of a Visitor Centre – II – 2nd stage in property old №093043, new №56873.93.43, locality „Bakadzhik“, in the territory of the village of Pobeda, Municipality of Tundzha, in connection with the implementation of the Grant Agreement under the Pre-Accession Assistance Instrument №РД-02-29-603/23.06.2025 - „Let's preserve biodiversity and nature for our future“, Acronym: OurFuture, funded under the first call for conceptual notes under the territorial strategy of (INTERREG VI-A) Programme IPA Bulgaria – Turkey 2021 – 2027, call for proposals: 2021TS16IPCB005-2023-2. The types of equipment, subject to supply and installation, the minimum technical characteristics/parameters and the required quantities are indicated in Table 1 to the Technical Specifications, as follows: cable line/trolley - 1 unit, swinging stairs - 1 unit, rope bridge - 1 unit, solar smart bench - 2 units, park bench with backrest - 10 units, wooden gazebo /hexagonal/ - 2 units, wooden waste bin - 20 units, stand for 3 bicycles - 2 units. The execution period – the supply and installation of the equipment should be completed within 60 (sixty) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the Award Letter from a representative of the Contracting Authority, but not later than 01.03.2027. * The delivery period includes the period necessary for the installation of the equipment. * A participant whose offer contains a delivery and installation period longer than the specified period will be excluded from participation in the public procurement procedure. Place of execution – the equipment, subject of the procurement, should be delivered and installed in property №56873.93.239, locality „Bakadzhik“, territory of the village of Pobeda, Municipality of Tundzha, in accordance with the Permit for Installation and Installation Scheme, which will be provided to the Contractor with the Award Letter for the execution of the activities.
