Germany – Installation work of refrigeration equipment – Städtische Grundschule Gerberstraße-Neueinrichtung einer Mensaküche

The Gerberstrasse Primary School is located at Gerberstrasse 18, 42653 Solingen-Gräfrath, on the eastern edge of the historic town centre. Building 7 is being converted on the ground floor into a canteen for approximately 240 seated guests. The kitchen, including the kitchen equipment to be supplied (hot air steamers, CNS facilities, dishwasher and mobile units), as well as the ancillary rooms including the cold room to be constructed in conventional building style, are located on the ground floor. A small refrigeration compact unit for operating the cold room is housed on the roof of the building extension. The description of the services and the technical and legal requirements to be observed are set out below.
