Technical work project, maintenance work project preparation and project implementation supervision services for the Klaipėda Concert Hall. The services to be procured include the preparation of the technical work project, the maintenance work project according to the attached Building Design Task (technical task) with annexes and the supervision of the project implementation throughout the construction period until the receipt of the document confirming the completion of the construction works. More detailed information and requirements of the services to be procured are provided in the Building Design Task with annexes (technical task; Annex 8 to the tender conditions). This procurement is not divisible, therefore the supplier must submit a tender for the entire scope of the procurement.
