1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive consultancy (legal, economic-financial and technical) for the project entitled Construction of an intermodal hub with infrastructure and additional functions in Szczecin. 2. The Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC). A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose offer is considered the most advantageous, on the terms specified in the PPU. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of making changes to the concluded contract, on the basis of Article 455 of the Act, in the manner and on the terms described in detail in the PPU. 3. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of granting a contract, as referred to in Article 214(1) points 7 and 8 of the Act. 4. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the Contractor conducting a local vision or checking the documents necessary for the implementation of the contract, as referred to in Article 131(2) of the Act. 5. The remuneration is financed from the funds of the European Union from the Technical Assistance for European Funds 2021-2027 programme and from the state budget. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require a bid bond. 7. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to first conduct an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then to qualify the Contractor whose offer was highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 8. The Contracting Authority does not require a guarantee of proper performance of the contract. 9. A full description of the procedure, including a description and form of the documents submitted in the procedure, is contained in the Specification of Contract Conditions. 11. The Contractor is obliged to complete the contract within 31 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
