Germany – Construction work for school buildings – Neubau einer fünfzügigen Grundschule mit Zweifeldsporthalle in 67574 Osthofen - Garten- und Landschaftsbauarbeiten

The Verbandsgemeinde Wonnegau is constructing the new five-track Seebachgrundschule and a two-court sports hall on the eastern site of the Wonnegauhalle in the town of Osthofen. The school building is planned as a two-story, non-basement structure in solid construction. Adjacent to this, the new gymnasium will also be constructed as a two-story, non-basement building with a hall section, in solid construction. The roof of both buildings will be designed as a flat roof, or a slightly pitched roof with a surrounding attic. The dimensions of the two-wing school building are approximately 53.65 x 59.35 m, OK Attika ca. 8.20 m above OKFF EG, and those of the new sports hall approximately 30.70 x 46.35 m, OK Attika ca. 9.80 m above OKFF EG. The construction site is within a water protection area (Water Protection Zone IIIb). Access to the construction site will be via Wonnegaustraße and the construction road east of the kindergarten, and exit via the festival site onto Herrnsheimer Straße.
